About Us

OUR FOCUS

We focus on raising a Jack Russell Shortie that is just as happy on your lap as out hunting.  We have a reputation of raising very smart Jacks without the hyperactivity that most people stereotype the Jack Russell to be.

We here at SSJR have worked hard to acquire some of the nicest "shorties" around.

Our History

 Strawberry Springs Jack Russells has been providing happy and healthy pets for 13 years. We are proud to have become a trusted and respected name in the pet industry.

We have been a proud member of the EJRTCA since 2018 and our kennel is inspected by the American Kennel Club "aka" AKC.  


HEALTH TESTING

MOST of our dogs have been Embark tested to insure good health and bloodline as being purebred.

ALL of our adults have been tested for SCA and PLL two ailments relevant to the Jack Russell breed.
